Lomax Temple A.M.E. Zion Church has established a commendable scholarship fund for high school seniors entering college and full-time undergraduates to support them in achieving their academic goals. The fund is supported by generous donations and memorials, providing financial assistance to deserving students committed to their education.

Thank you for your interest in Lomax Temple's Sam Thompson Memorial Scholarship. We are pleased to provide this opportunity to the youth in our community. Please note that the application deadline is Sunday, May 25, 2025.

This year, scholarships will be awarded to all college students. The awards will be split into two categories: one for high school graduates and another for all college students.
